Planning for the 2012 Colloquium, to be held in Orlando, Florida at the Royal Plaza Hotel, Lake Buena Vista, began on Sept. 16th with an "all-team" conference call. This year, close to 30 of our members volunteered to assist in the planning of conference areas such as the program, call for papers/short topics, communications, sponsors, and tourist activities. This year, our Monday schedule contains not only the CAE Recognition Ceremony and Colloquium Awards Luncheon, but also an evening outing to Epcot for their nighttime IllumiNations (i.e., massive fireworks).
