2012 Call for Papers and Short Topics

Colloquium Members and IA Professionals

Information regarding the "2012 Call for Papers and Short Topics" has just been released for the June Colloquium. If you haven't received the email blast, please see the informational pages under "Colloquium/Call for Papers and Short Topics" on this website.

If you're engaged in research and ready to publish your findings, then submitting a paper for consideration would be an excellent way to support the information security profession. However, if you're either not engaged in research or just not ready for publication, then you should still consider helping to broaden the knowledge base of IA by submitting a short topic.

Both papers and short topics are peer-reviewed. Look for the "Author Information" article for complete information on submitting a research paper. Formatting directions are available, as is a sample submission.

For the Short topics, only a short descriptive paragraph is required, but a more robust description will help assist the reviewers in their selection. See "Call for Papers and Short Topics" for ideas on what types of topics can be submitted.

For general information and deadline dates, download the "Call for Papers and Short Topics.pdf" document.

The Colloquium's member-presented research papers and short topics are your way of giving back to your community and being a force for distributing knowledge and sparking ideas amongst your colleagues. Why not make 2012 your year to submit your work!

We look forward to your submissions, and seeing you at the June 11-13 Colloquium at the Royal Plaza Hotel, Lake Buena Vista, FL.
