Airport

Orlando is serviced by Orlando International Airport (MCO). For all ground transportation, visit this link to obtain information on taxi, van, bus, and car rentals. Prices for transport from airport to the Walt Disney World property and our conference hotel (Royal Plaza) range from $4.00 for public bus, to $21-34 for van service, to $60 for taxis - - excluding driver gratuities.

Ground Transportation

The Colloquium recommends using Mears Transport Group, phone (407) 423-5566. To take advantage of additional savings, present this coupon at any Mears Motor Shuttle ticket counter at the Orlando International Airport. Shuttle vans are available on both the A and B sides of the Main Terminal, on the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1), at the Commercial Lane parking spaces: A9-A10 and A36-A37, and B9-B10 and B40-B41. 1. Head East on Airport Blvd. (0.7 mil)
2. Continue onto Jeff Fuqua Blvd. (0.7 mi)
3. Continue onto S. Semoran Blvd. North (0.3 mi)
4. Take the ramp onto FL-528 W (Partial toll road) (10.9 mi.)
5. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for I-4 W/Tampa and merge onto I-4 W (3.6 mi)
6. Take Exit 68 for FL-535 N (0.3 mi.)
7. Turn right onto FL-535 N. (0.2 mi.)
