Lodging Information

The 2012 Colloquium will be held at the Royal Plaza Hotel, in the Walt Disney World property, Lake Buena Vista, Florida. The contracted hotel rate for all deluxe rooms is $97 per night. These room rates will be honored for the three days prior to and three days following the Colloquium (June 8 through 16). Free wireless Internet access is included in the room rental. Additionally, the resort fee daily charge has been waived for all Colloquium attendees. There is a fee of $6.00 (reduced from $10) for self-parking for overnight guests. Reservation cut-off date for the above room prices is May 9, 2012.

Reservations

Hotel reservations at the conference rate must be made by Wednesday, May 9th (firm deadline). After May 9th, room reservations will only be made on a space-available basis at the general, non-GSA rate. All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. To ensure reservations are made at the Colloquium rate, please call the hotel directly at 1-800-248-7890, and reference "The Colloquium".  To make your reservation online, please visit the hotel's Colloquium conference registration portal.

Hotel Check-in: 4:00 PM  /  Check-out: 11:00 AM

NOTE: If an extended checkout is requested and approved on the day of departure, there will be a 50% charge of the room rate added to the account. If early departure before scheduled check out date is required, there will be a fee of one night room and tax applied to the account.

Cancellations and Early Departure Fees

Please note that your credit card will be charged the equivalent of one night's lodging if you fail to show up and do not cancel your reservation. Deadline to cancel a reservation with a full refund: three full days, prior to expected arrival date.
