Mr. Wilkins is CEO and President of TWM Associates, Inc., a systems engineering company specializing in information security. Mr. Wilkins has been working in the information security arena for 25 years. Mr. Wilkins holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and certifications as a CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) and a CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Practitioner). Mr. Wilkins supports various Department of Defense (DoD) Agencies and is a lead security engineer for the certification of world-wide multimedia networks. In this capacity he is responsible for the development and updating of security policies to reflect current technology and program acquisitions techniques. Mr. Wilkins is the lead engineer for assessing and evolving the security posture for large enterprise infrastructures. Mr. Wilkins is also responsible for conducting Information Technology audits in support of the Department of Education and Federal Communications Commission Office of Inspector Generals.
